Brasserie Beck “Social”:
This very special event at Brasserie Beck will provide a rare opportunity to enjoy a Pure Chablis “Social” uniquely featuring hand-selected Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru wines. Each small-plate food pairing by Executive Chef Robert Wiedmaier will be designed to reflect the origin and terroir of the Chablis region.
Winemaker Jean-Francois Bordet will be on hand as a Chablis Ambassador to share his passion and knowledge about the rich history of the region and to expertly guide guests through the pairings of each course.
