Chablis dinner at Bouchon

Bouchon Dinner:

This very special event at Bouchon will provide a rare opportunity to enjoy a Pure Chablis dinner uniquely featuring hand-selected Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru wines. Each dish of the 3-course tasting menu by Chef Thomas Keller will be designed to reflect the origin and terroir of the Chablis region.

Winemaker Jean-Francois Bordet will be on hand as a Chablis Ambassador to share his passion and knowledge about the rich history of the region and to expertly guide guests through the pairings of each course.
